System Status Failures Field Descriptions

The System Status Failure tab gives system administrators the ability to reset a work code status to Request. Occasionally, when work code workflows are set and the Task Manager Auto-Approval task is set in conjunction, the task may queue a work code for auto-approval while another user is attempting to take action and manually approve or deny the same code. When this occurs the application alerts the user and displays the following error along with the person’s name and work code:

Work Code Request Error...

The following items are not available for request status changes:

<mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm>

<Last Name>, <First Name> <Work Code>

See System Status Failures tab for more details.
