Multi-Day: Export To Excel and Print
Prerequisites:
- Requires Excel 2007 or subsequent version of (.xlsx).
- Knowledge of Excel 2007+
The Multi-Day Schedule returns records for up to thirty-five days. Reformatting the sheet may be required to best fit the information returned; primarily when exceeding 2-3 weeks of data.
To export the Multi-day Schedule to Excel:
- Go to the Multi-Day Schedule.
- Choose the filter you want to export using the Filter menu.
- Click the gear icon, then click Export to
Excel. Choose either:
- Open with Microsoft Excel...to view the Multi-Day Schedule.
- Save File to save the Multi-Day Schedule first, and view later.
- Once in Excel you can manipulate the data as needed. For example; freeze column headers, print titles, apply headers and labels on every page, fit the sheet on one page, print letter or legal size, and so on.
- Save your spreadsheet. Print or PDF.
