About Preference Profiles

The Preference Profile area is used to group one or more preference sets in a preference profile with each preference set defining their own behavior such as view only, reorder, editable controls, and more. Preference profiles allow different groups of employees to have different sets of preferences that apply to them.

Preference Profiles give employees the ability to indicate their desire to work certain jobs. Both your rules and the blueprint job allocation pass can be configured to evaluate employee preferences.

Only one Preference Profile can be attached to a person in the person’s General tab. Multiple preference sets within a profile can be grouped to create a list of preferences in a single preference profile.
