About Roster Alarms

Roster Count Alarms are used to identify minimum staffing levels. Roster alarms display an icon that looks like a red bell when enabled by a vacancy or minimum staffing requirement.

Roster Alarms are used to:

• Qualify personnel when backfilling vacant positions.
• Alert Staffers when they are at minimum, below, or above a certain staffing level.
• Prevent users from automatically taking time-off if their request drops your work force below your minimum staffing levels.
