About Qualified Pass or Fail (Yellow Triangle)
The icon on the Roster that looks like a yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to a person’s name on the Roster is the Qualified Pass or Fail feature used to verify that the person occupying a position meets the job title criteria in addition to all specialty selections associated with the position. When Qualified Pass or Fail is turned on in the Roster View> Display tab area and the person fails a criteria the yellow triangle shows on the Roster. Qualified Fail checks job title, specialty (legacy), skills, and certifications. The Roster <Full> view has Qualified Pass or Fail selected in settings which means that the feature is automatically turned on using this view.
The Qualified Pass or Fail feature is also available in Fill by Person and always turned on irrespective of whether or not Qualified Pass or Fail is selected on the Roster View.
Job title and specialty validation are based on the requirements of the position relative to the person’s qualifications for the target date.
The Qualified Pass or Fail icon on the Roster shows the following types of Qualified Fail details when clicked:
- Specialty Expired - shows when the Through (End) date of a specialty of type Specialty (legacy specialty) has elapsed.
- *Not Met- shows when the person occupying the position does not have the *job title, specialty (legacy), skill, or certification required by the position. *Validates job title Equivalent, and Can Act As.
- *Expired - shows when the expiration date of the *specialty, or certification has elapsed.
- Skill Status is inactive- shows when the Status of the target skill is set to inactive.
- *Date invalid - shows when the date or date range on the person’s *certificate is outside the target date criteria, or the *skill has a future effective date.
