Nudge Scheduling Blueprints

On the Planning board you can push the date or time for one blueprint at a time, or multiple blueprints using the multi-edit mode. Blueprints belonging to a split shift group must all be nudged at the same time. To push the blueprint date or time forward or back on the Planning board:

  1. Nudge options are:
    • Click the blueprint name, and click Nudge.
    • To nudge multiple, click the pencil icon. Select Advanced Mode Edit, and select the blueprints to nudge.
    • For blueprints associated with a shift split, choose the blueprints associated with the shift split for that deployed instance.
  2. Move the selected blueprints Back or Forward.
  3. Specify the amount of minutes, hours, or days.
  4. Optional - To save these settings check Save as default.
  5. Click OK. If their are no conflicts the transaction is complete. If the update created scheduling conflicts the Issues window appears. Review the conflicts, and adjust the schedule as needed.
